Automation and low-voltage panels

We build control panels for machines and automatic lines, power panels with drives and inverters, distribution boards and field panels. Sizing accounts for prospective short-circuit current, protection selectivity and heat dissipation inside the enclosure.

A recent example: a power panel rated at roughly 2,500 A for the food industry, equivalent to about 1 MW of installed power.

From drawing to final test: the TF Elettra process

Every panel follows the same route, whatever its size. That is what lets us guarantee traceability years later.

• Analysis — feasibility study and review of applicable standards
• Design — EPLAN schematics and automatic bill of materials
• Procurement — branded components, with equivalents agreed in advance
• Wiring — built in our workshop with every conductor marked
• Testing — insulation test, protective bonding continuity and functional check
• Documentation — as-built schematics, declaration of conformity and manual
• Commissioning — on-site connections and start-up where required
